1- What if the fingerprint cannot be identified?
Usually, due to fingerprint wear, scratches, dirty, wet fingers or the fingerprint collection window with smudges and water droplets, fingerprint identification fails. It is necessary to ensure that your fingers and the fingerprint window are clean and dry. In case of scratches on one of your fingers, it is recommended to grab at least 3 fingerprint records after purchase.
2 - How do I unlock the padlock if the battery is empty?
Connect the charging port with Micro USB, the red light is on, indicating that it is charging. During charging, it can be unlocked normally. When the indicator light is off, it indicates that it is fully charged.
3 - Is there a low-battery warning light?
When the battery is low, the red LED flashes after unlocking.
4 - Can the padlock be unlocked without a battery?
No, it is not possible to unlock the lock with a discharged battery.
If this happens, you can use a mobile power bank to temporarily charge the lock, the latter haswill show a red light and can then be unlocked.
