WHY DID WE DESIGN TRAVEL ACCESSORIES?
We know all about unexpected travel events! passports dropped in water, suitcase open on the baggage carousel, lost luggage…
We have some seen in all colors !
This is why we strive to ensure that every traveler across the globe can fully enjoy their journey without having to deal with this type of mishap.
2018: THE BEGINNINGS
In August, more precisely, after having traveled to more than 30 countries across the globe, we all came together (in person or via Skype) to question ourselves on a crucial subject with the aim of helping many people avoid our predictable misadventures.
This simple question was:
What would allow each traveler to fully enjoy their trip?
And everyone around the table responded, good travel preparation.
That's when we started designing travel accessories.
2019: THE NAME OF THE PROJECT
We had already created the designs for many products, and all that remained was to physically create them. This is why, in order to reduce our logistics costs, we decided to have them developed in three countries:
– The USA
– China
– New Zealand
We can assure you that, to date, we do not have the same storage capacity as Amazon 😉
But on the other hand, the other advantage of having several warehouses is our ability to deliver our products free of charge to more than 95% countries.
At the end of the year, the VelarTrip brand was born! 🎉
2020-2024: THE ONLINE STORE AND OUR COMMUNITY
In January 2020, we launched our online store and in April we began looking for ambassadors to promote our values around the world.
WHY FAVOR AMBASSADORS OVER ADVERTISING?
Today, we are in a process which aims to create long-term relationships with our partners, we fight against pointless “one-shot” relationships.
This is why we are looking for people who share the same values as us, that is to say:
